Ability Effect

Ability Effect is blueprint being spawned as an effect of the ability.
It may be a fireball projectile, summoned item, buff or rune spawned on the ground.

However not all Abilities are using ability effects, when effect is to simple, then there is no need to spawn separate blueprint for it.
Example of that could be healing abilities.
